Driver must have a valid Class A or B license, current medical card and must be able to drive a manual transmission, and previous tractor/trailer driving experience transporting materials related to the construction industry

An Equipment Operator works on job sites and have the responsibility of operating heavy equipment in a safe and professional environment. They play a very important role in the daily operations of the company. They are required to keep the equipment in top condition at all times. The equipment demands excellent dexterity and hand eye reflexes to ensure their safe and effective operation.


We're looking to add a Utility Crew Member to the RD Johnson Excavating team!

The Utility Crew Member’s principal objective is to assist the Utility Crew Foreman with the activities concerned with the construction and/or repair of heavy/highway projects with a direct focus on the utility infrastructure installation or repair.

Authority: The Utility Crew Member derives authority from the Utility Crew Foreman and is granted full authority to carry out the duties as set forth in the job description.

Responsibility: The Utility Crew Member is directly responsible to the Utility Crew Foreman for the proper discharge of his/her duties.
